Bug description: The Blind lasts for too long

It should last for 8 second's and it does, but the problem is it's a bug with desecrated ground if blind and descretated ground is used in same time you will get a blind for 1 min but it's only visual you can do everyting you want with that on you.. i sap 2 min a dk in arena on Desecrated ground..so t/c

Yes, I understand, but the problem is that I was using remorsless winter, not desecrated ground(check action bars) and I was unable to use my abilities, as seen in the picture.

Dude it was just visual stop posting please.. i don't want to make a video now to show you how i stay in trap 2 min on my rogue only visual or other sh1t that are visual..

Seems to be a visual bug. If you can find the reason for it so we can fix it, please make a report again.
