I understand how it works but I have no free slots to create new characters and all my other characters are horde

Well then.. u have 2 ways first way wait for Evydence to help u, another way delete 1 char then create one at alliance take the mount delete it then go on site and recover character u delete first

You have to be level 70 to add it to your collection so that wont work, the third option is to spend 100 vote points to just buy the mount
