Items Roll Problem

Hey guys ive got a problem,when im in a raid or party i can't see the items on roll.
For example im playing with a friend in a same room and when i open the loot he can see the items on roll and he can roll but i cant't.
Someone told me on global check the options roll from icon option,i did it and i have same options as my friend.
If someone can help me please reaply or pm.

hello,

Right click on your ingame character portrait & first enable pass on loot and disable pass on loot then you will see loot windows.
