Not able to vote each 12 hours because of 1st site (gtop100)

Bug description:
When i vote, i am supposed to be able to vote again in 12 hours.But the 1st site has for me a 23 hours "cooldown".
For exemple: i voted yesterday at 1.30 pm and when i try to vote again the day after : 11.3 am, they told me to wait until half past twelve.
All the others site are working fine and it's recent. I didn't have thoose problems 1 month ago.
Is this a known issue or should I directly try to contact the site ?

Is the only site u vote twice in a row.U just have to click on the banner and visit to play.

Ignore the website cooldown. You can vote again when the 5 websites appear on our wow.freakz.ro.
