Bug description: It doesn't allow me to do the quest. I've tried everywhere and nothing takes.

Quest works fine except the part that on Database it is shown something else (dunno why - I tried fixing it and bugs out complete so I reverted my fix)
Tip complete: Look for a pile of silver cannon balls and use the item that the quest provides.
