[FIXED] [Mage][all specs] Alter Time vs trinket buffs

Bug description: So I saw this: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/wushoolay-s-final-choice-alter-time-t412697.html , and decided to look into it. Alter Time does not properly restore trinket buffs if the trinket buff expires before Alter Time expires. Say I press Alter Time when trinket has more than 6 seconds left - works properly. But if I press it when it has less, it will bug. This is a problem in burst as I do not always have the spell procs up to use it that early in a pull. Of course it can be recasted before the trinket buff expires but I will lose precious seconds of buffs that way.

It works properly with other buffs like tailoring proc, jade spirit, synapse springs, tempus repit(meta gem) etc. Dunno about externals but this only seems to apply to trinkets.

You can see it's not just visual by looking at the displayed spell power in char sheet.

I also tested relic and ToES trinket, same issue.
