Bug description: Can't defeat the master windflur.. maybe a script bug.. idk .. when u try to kill him.. be stuck at1% hp.. and he spam '' Very Well . Today .... is Your Day''

Delete Cache folder, abandon and re-take quest. Works fine for me. You just need to bring him to low HP so the end of the script executes => quest completion.
