Two questions

Hello,
my first question: Is there any add on or setting to make the window of the loot (that where i can choose need or greed) smaller or in any other position?
and the second: How can i loot automatically (with one click) when i was in a group or when i gather herbs etc?

I don't think there is an addon that it will make just an UI element smaller, but you can make your whole UI smaller from Game Menu>System>Advanced>UI Scale (Click Here); to move any UI element I use this addon (Click Here)
For your second question, go to Game Menu>Interface>Controls>Autoloot (Click Here)

There are plenty of loot related addons which will change how your loot window looks. You can use something like XLoot. Now, you can test them out and see which one of them has options you need. As for the auto looting, you can always shift+click to auto loot everything.

Curently autoloot function on herbs doesn't work, but you can try this addon, or you can make a macro like this
