Bug description: If you have cd on loot @ toes LFR version u won't get the quest item Chimera of Fear instead the server will transfer this item to anyone eligible for loot

NOTE: CHECK THE CHAT MESSAGE HE GOT BOTH SIGIL AND CHIMERA WHICH IT CAN'T BE POSSIBLE (sorry for caps needed to be clear)

I want to say that Chimera of Fear can be looted only once ... doing so only one player from the raid can get it , i dont know if its a bug or something , but can u do something about that to ?
