[FIXED] Bonus Roll cooldown on pass

Details: I completed the Quest for Bonus Loot rolls, and received 3 Mogu Rune of Fates. I was able to use it last week @ Lei Shen 10n and won an item. However after that raid, I have done a 10HC raid and killed few bosses and did not receive an option for Bonus Loot Roll. I was hoping relogging / rejoining raid would fix the issue, but I never received the option to Bonus Loot Roll anyhow. Please fix accordingly. Thanks (Currently having 5/6 Mogu Rune of Fates, but not been able to Roll even once after last TOT 10n 1x Roll)..
However 7/10 People in the same raid were able to bonus roll on 2-3 bosses, and this issue of not getting bonus roll window was faced by 3 of the players (same raid)

This is the last tot 10n which I mentioned gave me option for bonus roll, and I won an agility trinket there.

However after this raid, I participated in tot 10hc and killed around 3-4 bosses on this char, but none of them gave the option for Bonus loot (as was available in above screenshot) Also changed to another char for 1 boss, similarly that char also did not get bonus roll. This happened with 3/10 people whereas other 7 had the bonus rolls working perfectly.

Doing a tot normal and using only 1 bonus roll at last boss (caused me to be unable to do bonus roll) on any boss in hc mode.

Happens when you make a raid, eg: Throne of Thunder on 25hc, if you pass the bonus roll on every boss, when you come back, lets say on 10hc, you will not have the option for bonus roll again.

As seen in the image, I have 12 bonus roll cds, when you could only have gathered and used 9 runes of fate, till now.

The actual "bug" is that you get bonus loot cooldown even if you pass on roll,and the cooldown is shared between difficulties...

The problem is that you get a cooldown even if you pass and if you get a cooldown on Normal you won't be able to roll on Heroic.

It does not say that if you don't use the bonus loot option by using a mogu rune it will give you cooldown, it just says that if you use it you will win gold or an item for your current selected spec from the boss loot table.

Will dig some more.

To make it easyer. Mogu rune of fate should only cause cd on the boss IF you roll for the bonus loot. If you pass on loot you should be able to roll on a different dificulty.

Fixed, the bonus roll cooldown now applies only when you actually roll. If you pass, you can roll at a later time when you kill the boss again
