[FIXED] [PvE] Twilight members in Silithus do not drop quest items

Bug description: Twilight Avengers, Geolords, Stonecallers, etc do not drop Encrypted Twilight Text, even though they should be 100% drop chance on those mobs
Proof: Just randomly kill a pack of mobs, you'll see the items don't drop, and they're the main way of getting rep with cenarion circle.
