[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Soulburn: Summon Demon cooldown

Bug description: as you see in the tooltip , it says : " Soulburn: Summon Demon has a 60 sec cooldown " but it won't work and you can ress your pet every time until you have enough SoulShards ! this means killing an warlock pet is no matter for them they will instant res their demon every time you kill it ! this is completely Wrong !
Proof: on the fixed spell every time that you use one charge of your soulshards by Soulburn spell , if you use it for the Summon Demon Spell and instant Res your demon , your Summon Demon ability must go on a 60 Sec cooldown when you use another soulshard again to res your pet and if your pet for example dies before this 60 Sec cooldown , if you use another charge of your soulshards you can't res your pet instantly until the cooldown finishes ! BUT you can summon him normaly with casting time ! no need to proof it with pics @Shocker can completely test it !

Why do you think you don't need proof?

Confirmed, Soulburn: Summon Demon should have a 60 sec cd.
