Bug description: nu se activeaza NEAM
Proof: nu stiu ce proof as putea sa pun din moment ce nu se activeaza.

Am luat acest trinket acum vr`o 3 zile si pana acum am avut parte de 2 procuri (posibil 3,dar pt al treilea nu bag mana in foc)

Inainte sa incepeti sa spuneti ca :esti healer,itemu` ala nu`i pt tine pt ca se activeaza de la harmfull spells,va rog sa cititi.
In astea 3 zile am stat numa` prin bg`uri,raiduri,etc timp in care de foarte mutle ori am stat cu character screen deschis sa urmaresc daca se activeaza. in acest timp am testat toate spellurile posibile si mi s`a activat doar la urmatoarele.

spell : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=173527 (wowhead link) -> 1 proc (eram la questuri,cu zero mana,am avut mana sa dau doar spellul asta si in rest normal attack).
am testat si spell : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=117952 (wowhead link) -> 0 procs (am stat la dummy aprox o ora in care am spamat la cooldown spellul,cu pauze de mana)

am intrebat diferita lume,inclusiv game master(prin ticket, si el m`a indrumat sa scriu aici) si mi s`a spus ca acest trinket oricum are sansa mica de proc. ok,inteleg ca e mica...dar totusi 3 procuri in macar 15 ore played...e un pic cam mult prea mica
