I got this trinket 3 days ago and it only procced twice (maybe 3 times,but i`m not sure about the third)

Before you start telling me "this is not a healers item" please read the following
The past 3 days i had plenty of time to play wow and test if this procs (bg`s,raids,etc)
spell : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=116847 (wowhead link) (wowhead link) -> 1 proc (this happened while i was in a bg and this was the only spell i had on because i was stunned)
spell : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=173527 (wowhead link) (wowhead link) -> 1 proc (i was questing,had mana only for this spell,so couldn`t proc otherwise).
am testat si spell : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=117952 (wowhead link) (wowhead link) -> 0 procs (spent almost an entire hour spamming this spell on all practice dummies,i stopped only for mana breaks)

I asked some people in guild,global,even a game master about this trinket,and couldn`t get an answer. The GM,via ticket redirected me to post here on the forum. He also told me that the trinket has a low proc chance. i can understand the low proc chance,but 2(maybe 3 procs) in over 15 hours of play is a bit TOO low if u ask me.

I don't see any proof here, just "omg it doesn't work". Item has a generic proc mechanism: 15s proc chance, 55s seconds cooldown, procs only on negative spell hits. And that works correctly. Please post more info/proof if you keep saying it doesn't work
