[FIXED] [Druid][Restoration]Cleanse @ Symbiosis cooldown

Bug description: There was an old bug with the resto druids where the cooldown on the spell "Nature's Grace" applied even if it did not dispell any harmfull effect.
The clease gained from symbiosis does the same.

Proof: Easy to test in game.

Also: bring proof from retail it should not have CD if you cast it and it cleases nothing.

What i meant above is that it was not used to dispell anything(the dispell works fine just the cd is the thing).
Since the spell has been removed since warlords(and every single video i find about symbiosis does not show the clicking on t
he spell) has made researching it hard.But the principle on the dispell should be the same:The spell does not dispell anything->get the cooldown back(like it happed on a simmilar bug with nature's grace)

Nice. That looks very good. That's how a proof should look like.

Now, everything is fine and dandy, and I can see what you mean. Now to make it better, try to find a video or thread about the cleanse, dispell, remove magic stuff from retail where it shows it doesn't go on CD. I'll search also when I have the time.
Why am I asking this? Because maybe(even though I know it should be like this), the others are bugged and not the symbiosis one. The devs need these info, so they don't "fix" something that is working right. Applies to all spells, not just this one...

Confirmed. Cleanse Symbiosis should not have CD if it doesn't dispel anything.
