[FIXED] Legendary questline problem

Regarding problems like this one:

Quest chain is getting stuck for some people who already completed domination point/lion's landing quests and got revered black prince reputation.

They don't get Incoming... and The Prince's Pursuit, what stucks their progress after A Test of Valor quest so they can't take next one - A Change of Command

Even if they completed domination point/lion's landing quests + got the reputation before, they should get Incoming... and The Prince's Pursuit quests marked as rewarded, since right now they are required to get A Change of Command - that's why they are getting stuck, they simply miss those 2 first quests.

I gave those quest manually to 2 players, and after that they were able to take the next one so I think that's the reason.
