[FIXED] [Item] PvP seasons and gear

I saw a post on forum about the Malevolent and Dreadful gear, which had no proof for it to be fixed.

So as mentioned above, after each season the current best gear will be available for honor. Same prices as conquest
Dreadful and Malevolent Gear should be craftable in Season 14.

Upcoming Season 15 Prideful:
Prideful conquest points, Grievous honor points, Tyrannical got deleted from blizzard because of some changes ingame.

We should have:

One vendor with Season 14 gear for conquest points.
One vendor with Season 13 gear for honor points.
One vendor for current rating required season 14 elite gear.

Recipes for Malevolent Gladiator's Gear can be learnt from new transmutes Celestial Cloth, Hardened Magnificent Hide, and Balanced Trillium Ingot.
