Bank items gone after faction change

Item Name & ID:There was really a lot of transmog items, including two of the donated cosmetic helms

Details: (optional) Basically all bank bags with items in them are gone after we faction changed. Got only few items left that weren't in any bag - in the normal bank window.

Faction change does NOT affect the bank AT ALL. There must be some visual bug for you, I'm sure the items are still there. Proof you had them and proof you don't have them anymore?
