Frequent disconnects

Hello,
I started playing in this server from today and since the moment I started playing, I've been frequently getting disconnected from the server. Every few minutes I get disconnected and most of them happen after alt-tabbing, not moving for a minute or talking to a NPC (most often flight masters). I don't have such issues in other servers, as well as in other games. Also, I'm not from Romania, but my latency is only 35ms, so I don't think it's a latency issue.

Yes, I downloaded the rar file, containing the WTF folder, divxdecoder.dll, freakz.dll and wow.exe files and I'm running the game using wow.exe.
