Details: (optional) i have problem with sigils i had already 10 sigils of power and i got one more sigil hasnt been converted into sigil of windsom like it should here is screanshoot http://imgur.com/ef787XK

You already receive the corresponding sigil while in LFR mode (where personal loot automatically checks the sigil you need). But in non-LFR raids, the drop is PARTY-WIDE, it either drops 1 sigil for all party or the other sigil for the whole party Raised eyebrow
