3 Times no Loot from Twin Consorts

We cleared ToT 10n with the guild.
3 Times we cant loot the Twin Consorts.
We wrote an ticket and the GM told us to create a Topic.
So here we are.
Last time this happend was today at 21:00 maybe.
And the other 2 Times 1 and 2 weeks before on Sunday.

Are you using chi-ji statue at the end? Because if u kill last one from twins with chi-ji cranes corpse won't be lootable for sure.
