Path of the last emperor - How the hell can i complete this quest?

Hi all.

How can i complete this quest in Kun-Lai Summit? I get no object, and i get no interaction with any of the flags....

This quest is disabled because it was added in patch 5.3, curently we are on phase 2 of development plan.
