Regarding first and second question - check this link, everything is explained here:
https://www.wow-freakz.com/migrate

You wont't lose your character on retail, and after migrating you will receive Dungeons gear normal (ilvl 450) for PvE characters or Dreadful gear for PvP characters.
You can't transfer your mounts, gear, items and pets from retail (or any other private server).

About addons - it's not really a big problem, we have a section with addons that work on our server here: https://www.wow-freakz.com/addons.php
You can also search for them on the internet, just make sure that you download correct version (5.4.8, or 5.x.x should work too).
