Lost loot in Throne of Thunder 10 heroic

Details: (optional) Greetings, some items were lost on yesterday night ToT 10h run, starting from the Megaera chest that seemed to dissapear without giving the loot that dropped on group loot, here you have a picture a proof

2nd, the Consorts encounter died just at the server crash, was able to take a SS before crash but we didnt have any loot on this encounter


3rd, same thing as on Megaera happened to Ra-den , dropped the loot and chest dissapeared


That being said, we need the following loot that dissapeared on these characters, if possible :
