Am sters caracterul si-acum nu-l mai pot recupera. Ajutor va rog?

Cred ca de o saptamana am sters un caracter de care nu mai aveam nevoie, si dupa aceea mi-am dat seama ca defapt imi cam trebuia. Am incercat sa-l recuperez dar nu pot, deoarece la lista de caractere (pe site) spune "0 sterse".
Ma puteti ajuta va rog? Numele caracterului sters era Applejack.
