I am not sure if this is the right topic or should I post it in PvE -> ToT topic but here it goes:

It should be spawned on normal and heroic mode but not on LFR. Currently its not spawned anywhere and obtaining the battle pet Living Sandling is impossible unless you get it from the vote shop.
Proof: Just go in ToT and you wont see him.[/url]

Bug description: There is no dialogue option to access her exchange menu for Flawless Stones.

Might get a picture later, otherwise just go talk to her, easy enough. For some reason, alliance npc doesn't have that issue...

This NPC should work as a normal mailbox, and the mailbox window opens too, but does not show you your mails.

I have the unread mail icon but the NPC doesn't show me my mails and it bugs your mail too: if you open the mail with the NPC, and then go back to shrine and try to open the mail you don't see mails even there, you need to delete cache and relog to fix it. In addition, it's bugged even in reverse: if you open the mail at shrine but you don't pick up the item, if you go to TI and use the NPC you can see the mail but you can't retrieve the item and you can't send items. It's really annoying since it's the only mailbox on TI, otherwise you have to fly away to the nearest mailbox in Pandaria everytime.

Regarding this, the missing npc is called Farraki Sand Conjurer ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=69899&&name=farraki-sand-conjurer) which has no abilities to even start with, who should summon 2 of them. Proof: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Farraki_Sand_Conjurer

Some npcs which cast periodic spells, like mind flay, or sometimes even poison, can miss for some reason. I can't think of ALL of them, but a mantid npc at the Amber Quarry in Dread Wastes often casts Mind Flay, and it deals no dmg. =/

Regarding this, Amani trolls npcs should drop "lots" of this item: Amani Hex Stick (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=33865) which uncurses the frogs around the middle of the dungeon, turning them into random npcs (this is part of an achievement too, I believe). The chance to get Mojo should be very low, but yeah, should happen when using hex stick on them. Most often than not, it will spawn an npc that will give you something, or become a vendor.
