How to actually increase your FPS

What im about to tell you might not work on some machines since you have to run the game with the 64-bit executable for the best results. The changes applied will increase your game smothness and you will have a more stable FPS (specially on 25 man raids). For example if you had like 5 or 10 fps during boss pulls on 25 man raids, now you're gonna have a stable 20 fps and overall performance increased. There will be some improvement in game smothness around highly populated zones (such as Shrine / stormwind / orgrimmar etc) but it's not highly noticeable. That being said let's begin.



Steps


Step 1. Delete your cache folder located in your WoW folder.
Step 2. Get the WoD HD models - follow the steps exactly on how to install them mentioned in the topic.
Step 3. I highly recommend starting the game using the 64 bit executable provided on the WoD HD models (if you can't, you can use the 32 bit one but for the best results i recommend using the 64 one).
Step 4. If everything worked fine you will already see the game starts faster than the WoW freakz Launcher one. If you get any error like "Data\enGB\locale-enGB.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection" then just go here and download the missing file. Log into whatever character you want and go to settings (Esc -> system). Put everything on low EXCEPT particle density and projected textures (which you will need to keep this enabled). Particle density is gonna be on ULTRA (i know it sounds weird but it will actually increase your FPS). The reason behind this is particle density works by default on ultra, that means there is another process involved when you switch this on any other setting -> resulting your graphic card has to handle 2 processes instead of 1, and on 25 man there are a LOT of particles involved such as consecration, heroic leap, every pool of healing from each class, any spell flying to the boss etc etc. Also after doing all of these there will be no more ascendence lagspike.
Step 5. Enjoy the game with a little more smothness.

Additional Information

I highly recommend doing this even if you have a decent PC (for example mine i could barely play on good settings during 25 man raids, now i can play even on ultra)

The guide does not belong to me. As i said in the beginging for some players might not work, there are a bunch of reasons such as broken version of WoW, corrupted data files etc, and sadly i know nothing about fixing them (the only thing you can try is a PC if it doesn't work - in any other hard scenarion a full WoW redownload from WoW freakz site, or even a windows reinstall). But trust me it is worth doing this.

If for any reasons it doesn't work, don't worry you can return to your old WoW at any time by opening it with the default WoW freakz Launcher
It was tested on a shitty PC and also on a decent one. There are improvements for both sides.

I would like to add that if ur getting the problem mentionned above right when you launch wow, the solution mentionned before will work. If not, please standby i'm trying to find a solution for those getting the errors right after login.
