WoW Freakz spell link: Item - Druid T16 Guardian 4P Bonus
Bug description: 1. should proc Ursoc's Vigor on the druid whenever he is casting Frenzied Regeneration or Savage Defense. This doesnt happen.

2. Ursoc's Vigor should proc from Item - Druid T16 Guardian 2P Bonus also

3. The Ursoc's Vigor HoT doesnt work, is healing 1, is not scaling with AP, should be 30% of AP.
If another Ursoc's Vigor occurs while having the HoT on you it should update the first Hot, get him to 8 seconds and stack the remaining heal with the new one. For example: 100k AP => first dot should be 30k, meaning it should tick 3.75k each second for 8 seconds. So if you have 4 seconds left on the Hot (15k) then when you gain the new HoT with 8 seconds it should be for 45k (30k the new one + 15k left from the old one).
