WoW Freakz spell link: Item - Druid T16 Restoration 2P Bonus
Bug description: The 2 piece bonus should proc Sage Mender, but there currently is NO proc at all (I've tested this after hundreds of Rejuv ticks and still no proc).

Furthermore, Sage Mender does not get consumed after casting Healing Touch, although it SHOULD get consumed.
Proof:
Here is a screenshot with 5 stacks of Sage Mender. The mana and cast time reduce works fine, but it should get consumed upon casting.
