When i will complete the 2nd part of the legendary quest from The Black Prince will i lose the 3000 valor i have gathered or will i keep it?

You won't lose any valor when you will complete the quest.

Yeah, you won't loose any of those 3000 valor points, but i think you should get a head's up:
If you have 2900 / 3000 Valor and 0 / 1000 Weekly Valor, if you reach 3000 / 3000 you will also instantly get 1000 / 1000 as well, no matter you still have 900 valor to reach the weekly cap. In this scenario you loose 900 valor.

What? That's invalid, just tested, works ok. I had 2900 VP and 0/1000 weekly, I made another 100 VP, I now have 3000/3000 valor points and 100/1000 weekly
