[FIXED] [Druid][PvP][Feral] Feral 2P PvP Speed Bonus indoors/outdoors

Bug description: If you are indoors the movement speed bonus does not apply. This is ok so far. The problem occurs when you go out. 2P mov speed doesn't take effect unless you change your form. This is annoying because sometimes you don't want to change form...maybe you are in stealth and you don't want to give away your position.

The movement bonus from 2P pvp should apply automatically as soon as you go outdoors.

confirmed.
The speed bonus is applied when you enter in one of the forms in the tooltip (bear, cat, travel). If you are inside the bonus doesnt apply but when you go out you need to change form again to gain the speed bonus.
