add-on for WoW

Hello

Do you know any add-on for WoW which allow users to see other users stats?

The game's 'Inspect' is not enough( can only see gear and it's difficult to add stats for each gear/gem)...
I try to figure out a balance between mastery, Haste, Crit, Int...because i see other similar players do much more damage than me...and it would be interesting to be able to see their stats, using an add-on...

Freaks.ro shows only basic stats...no info about crit/haste/mastery....

For example...battle.net shows complete stats..the problem is that characters are lvl. 100
