Details: (optional): Today when i logged in i saw that my spectral tiger disappeared... it was not from rollback etc because i had it for like 1 year. I deleted 1 character today but i dont remember if i bought the mount on that character. Might be from that? Can i get some help? Thanks

Yes, that's the reason probably. Try to restore your character and check mounts again.
