[FIXED] [Druid][Balance] Starfall & Entangling Roots

Bug description: Starfall deals 0 damage if your target is rooted by "Entangling Roots" casted by the Player or Force of Nature Treants.

Proof: Easily testable in game.

Isn't it supposed to work this way? It will break the Entangling Roots "accidentally". @africa @Netherx

3:22 he uses treant to root him,and you can still see stars falling down and breaking the roots.

4:10 you can see it again,rooted for 8 seconds,he uses starfall,gets few hits..and then it breaks.

Starfall should be usable during roots,it's just the druid's choice if he wants to do that.

Roots brake after a certain amount of dmg, not right away so there's no need to be included in the "prevent cc removal" script. Only the types of cc that break fom the first dmg taken should be ignored by starfall, like poly, blind, freezing trap, etc.
Netherx please try with the target being feared and see if it is getting damaged or not to make sure there are no other problems.

Confirm. Feared targets don't get damaged by starfall.

Starfall should not take in consideration any cc on the enemies, being it fear, roots or poly-like cc. In order for it not to break CC effects on the enemies the boomkin has Glyph of Guided Stars.
