[FIXED] [Monk][Windwalker] Tiger Strikes

Bug description: Tiger Strikes do not generate extra attacks
Proof:
made an album: http://imgur.com/a/uZZAR
1. image is only normal AAs without Tiger Strikes proccing (can't prove that, you have to believe me it didn't proc ), avg damage of one swing is 6500+- (didn't have any enchants/trinkets on so should be pretty accurate)

2.-5. images show log after each swing using charge of Tiger Strikes, you can see they are doing again 6500+- damage and after 4 swings there are only 4 attacks in the log (Tiger Strikes buff is visible in the right-top corner)

Those tests were done with 2h weapon, dual wielding seems not working too but it's a mess in the log.
Got same results in Mistweawer spec using 2h weapon

Another thing: I believe Tiger Strikes should list in recount/be distinct in combat log

also in World of Logs Tiger Strikes are listed distinct of AAs as seen here (under "Damage by spell" tab):

I found that Tiger Strikes were reported once here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Monk-Passive-Tiger-Strikes-extra-attacks-t394726.html
so it's possible that the fix just didn't go live

It should work in the following way:

Being dual 1h weapons will increase your chance to gain Tiger Strikes. Because you hit with each of your weapons, so if you have two, you'll have two auto attacks instead of one.
Being 2h weapon, since you auto attack only once, your chance is normal.




Confirmed. No extra attacks.
