By some math ( i hope i`m not wrong with this calculation ) since the drop chance is FIX on freakz this item should drop after 1 to 200 kills ?
Killed this https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=59139&&name=stout-shaghorn for 200+ and no drop, you can check the SS

There's no bug, you just have some bad luck.

I farmed it for 10 minutes yesterday and it dropped.
