Description : The trinket gives a buff counting down from 10-0 but the intellec every 1 second is not added to you.
proof : Iadded 2 screenshots with my character affected with the buff from trinket and 1 without it. As you can see in bottom left corner SP: 33357
It does not change every one second of the buff. and it remains like without it
