[DUPLICATE] Grand Commendation of the Shado-Pan

Bug description: The item is not working at all.In theory if I completed a quest that rewards me with 250 rep for shado-pan (without any perks ofc) I should get 500 rep if I have the item active.Here's an example where I got only 275 (with the guild perk) rep for finishing one of the Shado-Pan quests.I don't know if it's only this Commendation that's not working or all of them but in short : they don't work.
