Details: (optional) Hi. Yesterday I wanted to buy a tabard with vote points, "Unused Tabard of Chow", and i got the message on the site that it was successfully sent and my 20 vote points were spent. When I logged in with my character, I had the mail and when i checked it, there was no tabard in my mail, only the message that we get when we buy something with vote points was there.

If Tranquillien Tabard (Item ID: 23388) works, I want this one. If it has the same problem, I would like to get Tabard of Stormwind (Item ID: 11364). Thank you.
