Experience Gain Question

Finally got my main character up to 85 and 90 last night. Today i started a new character, but its saying his experience rate is only x5, when it should be x10. Is there a way to make sure if its x5 or x10 in game? Website is still saying x10, but im not sure

As far as I know, in the last GM's meeting, we decided to make the exp global rate x5.

Experience rate is 5x from levels between 85 and 90, and it is 10x from level 1 to lvl 85.
