Bug description: You shouldn't be able to generate any chi by using Jab on a target that has the following Immunities: Ice Block, Cyclone, Hand of Protection, Deterrence or Divine Shield. It should only consume your Energy.

- How to reproduce it:
Get two players, a paladin and a monk; The paladin uses Divine Shield and the monk uses Jab on him. ( After using Jab, we can notice that the monk gets Chi. )

Please note that Chi Generation has the same mechanic as Combo Points.
