Bug description: Crackling Tiger Lightning can still hit the targets, while Xuen is in a CC. Indeed, it's an AOE damage, but it's produced by XUEN, if the pet is CC'ed it shouldn't be able to do any damage.

Also, Crackling Tiger Lightning is doing damage through LoS, making Xuen OP in arenas.
