Bug description: It shouldn't be usable while the player is carrying a flag.
Proof:

'' well you can;t use goblin glider when you have the flag this was the nerf. ''

After the first ''info'', it was re-enabled in Battlegrounds but flag carriers were unable to use it.
If you press it while holding the flag it shouldn't do anything.
