Addon button doesn't appear on charecter selection screen.

From a subject you can see my problem. As much as I try, nothing helped... I tried a lot of things, from re-downloading everything, fixing few problems, getting advicess from forums / guild mates, but NOTHING helped. Any advices? (Using freshly downloaded WoW) (Downloaded addons from WoW.Freakz.ro 5.4.8)

It's wrong.
Inside Recount-r1269 folder there's another Recount folder, and this one should be placed directly in your Addons folder, not "Recount-r1269".

Yes, correct addon folder should contain files and folders (sometimes only files), not only one folder.
