[FIXED] [Monk][Spell] Storm, Earth, and Fire - Copying wrong spells

Bug description: It shouldn't copy various spells / trinket / items, also, it should copy Tiger Strikes & Blackout Kick DoT. ( Glyph of Blackout Kick. )
Proof:

It should not copy:

• Healing Sphere
  
• Tiger's Lust
  
• Roll
  
• Chi Torpedo
  
• Racials. EX: Every Man for Himself ( human racial ), Blood Fury ( orc racial ), etc.
  
• Legacy of the White Tiger
  
• Legacy of the Emperor
  
• Dampen Harm
  
• Charging Ox Wave
  
• Expel Harm
  
• Engineering Tinkers: Goblin Glider, Synapse Springs, etc.
  
• On-Use items: Grievous Gladiator's Badge of Conquest / Prideful Gladiator's Badge of Conquest, PvP Medallions
  
• Any other items, ex: Bandages, Healthstone, etc.
  
• Symbiosis: Bear Hug
  

It should copy:

• Blackout Kick DoT ( If the monk has Glyph of Blackout Kick. ). If the monk uses Blackout Kick with the glyph, the clone should also apply the DoT after it mirrors the Blackout Kick.
  
• Tiger Strikes buff.
  

Please note that, even if the CLONES aren't copying Weapon Enchants, Tailoring Cloak Enchants, Synapse Springs, On-Use trinkets and racials, they should still scale Dynamically with your stats, so, if they proc on you or you use them, the clones will benefit from the procs.

I've lost some time into searching / testing EACH spell the clones copy / doesn't copy. Both on Freakz and Retail, so, this is the ultimate list and how it should REALLY work.

Confirmed. It should not copy any item's effect at all.

[Shocker]

Fixed most of the wrongfully copied spells. Also fixed Blackout Kick DoT copy. For Tiger Strikes buff it's too complicated for now
