Blazing chest disappeared

Details: I've looted 3 items (Timeless Plate Boots, Timeless Mail Helm and Timeless Mail Spaulders) then the chest disappeared,but inside were 2 more items (Burden of Eternity and Timeless Curio) which i cannot loot anymore...
I didn't had time to take a photo becouse i wouldn't know what is going to happen,but you can see in activity log that 3 items were looted at the same time 11:22 AM.
