You can use this command to check if you already opened it or not.

Code:

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(31868))

It's one time per character chest, once you open it, you won't be able to see it again later (same like Timeless Chests).

Loot:
Should contain around ~10-11 gold.
It should also give some exp - wowhead comments:

It's not fixed yet, my post was just to provide info for Shocker, he will fix it.
