Bug description: Thunder Focus Tea should not break Soothing Mist while channeling. At the moment when you use Thunder Focus Tea it breaks Soothing Mist and you have to re-cast it to get a "big" Surging Mist off. This is pretty annoying in PvP because you have to waste a GCD to re-apply Soothing Mist and wait about 1 sec until you can cast Surging Mist.

There is also a comment on the provided wowhead link that exactly says that you can cast it while channeling Soothing Mist.

Proof: I don't have a video, but you can it's pretty easy to test this. Just channel Soothing Mist until you have 1 Chi, than make sure Soothing Mist is still channeling and use Thunder Focus Tea and it'll break your channeling Soothing Mist.
