Bug description: Frozen Thoughts buff is supposed to proc when Brain Freeze is consumed...but instead it procs only if i wait till brain freeze wears off by itself...nw brain freeze should not be consumed to get frozen thoughts

Confirmed!
Frozen Thoughts should proc when the Brain Freeze is consumed, at the moment Frozen Thoughts only procs when Brain Freeze fades away.

Fixed. Unfortunately not fully: because of the recent changes @ Brain Freeze to be consumed on Frostfire Bolt cast start, you will get Frozen Thoughts instantly after cast which will also be instantly consumed by the current flying Frostfire Bolt... reopen a bug report for this if needed, but due to how these system combine together, a fix might not be easy to do
