Bug description: the reputation gain is bugged.
the quest is supposed to increase reputation by 22000 not to 22000
wowhead comments and wowwiki (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:A_Spark_of_Hope) both point out that "reputation gain increased from 22,000 to 28,600 (for non-humans). Where this formerly increased reputation to Neutral with the Sons of Hodir, it now makes one Honored."This change was made in patch 3.3.0.
The wow freakz database says the quest only gives 22000 rep not 28600 as it should.
Proof: When i started this quest i had 36000/36000 hated reputation and when i finished it i had 22000/36000 meaning the reputation reward was only 14000

The WoW Freakz Database says it 28600 Reputation. You can see it on the website too.
I fixed this personally some time ago.
